(on behalf of Kairos SGR S.p.A. funds) concerning the exceeding of the significant threshold of 10.00%, with transaction date 2 July 2026. Anima SGR S.p.A. holds a total of 915,215 shares, equal to a 10.169% shareholding, calculated on the total number of shares filed with the Chamber of Commerce, equal to 8,999,752.
