STAR7: Barbara Donadio appointed Group Chief Financial Officer
STAR7 seeks to optimise management of organic and inorganic growth functions by appointing a new CFO with a background in digital consulting, while simultaneously creating a new M&A & Special Projects function to be led by the outgoing CFO.

The Board of Directors of STAR7 (EGM: ticker STAR7) today appointed Barbara Donadio as Group Chief Financial Officer, effective 11 January 2023. STAR7 provides an integrated range of product-information services, from product and process engineering support to the creation and management of technical and marketing content, translation, printing and virtual experience. Ms. Donadio will also take up the role of Investor Relations Manager at STAR7 from the same date, as per today’s Board resolutions.
Barbara Donadio joined STAR7 on 1st December 2022 after spending over twenty years at the Novanext Group, which operates in the IT consulting sector, where she was CFO. She also has experience working at major multinational groups in the consumer goods sector. Ms. Donadio graduated summa cum laude in Business and Economics from Turin Università degli Studi in 1995, before qualifying as chartered accountant and auditor in 2007.
Paolo Castagno, the outgoing CFO and Investor Relations Manager, will head up the STAR7 Group’s new M&A & Special Projects function from 11 January 2023, reporting directly to CEO Lorenzo Mondo. Castagno will also continue as sole director of STAR7 Albania.
