What we can do

Our Customer Care service offers multilingual and multi-channel support – e-mail, phone, survey – both for managing end-customer requests and for various activities commissioned by the main customer. The service is managed by product experts from STAR7 Product Knowledge, who allow the customer’s departments – Sales, Marketing, After-Sales – to concentrate on strategy and receive accurate, professional reporting on support activities.
